We are hoping by May that most of Scotland has defrosted from the winter as we venture north to The Highland Hotel, Stirling. The Hotel is set within the beautiful and historic city of Stirling, with its charming Victorian building and fascinating observatory that reflects the rich heritage of the area.

Excursions during your stay include a visit to The Palace of Holyroodhouse at the end of Edinburgh’s Royal Mile, followed by time on Princes Street for some retail therapy. A sightseeing cruise on the Forth estuary, with an opportunity to get a unique view of the three Bridges from below and the beautiful panoramas of the Edinburgh skyline to the south and Fife to the north. Keeping an eye out for the local marine wildlife, including seals and puffins. Finally, a visit to a local distillery for a ‘wee dram’.
